WebFM Privacy Policy
WebFM will only collect personal information to the extent required to enable it to provide the services it is contracted for and to inform you of the product, new products and other matters related to the services
Your personel information can be accessed by you using the access codes supplied by WebFM. WebFM authorised officers may access your personel information for the purpose of ensuring the contracted services are properly delivered.
WebFM will take reasonable measures to secure your personal information. You must ensure your access codes are not revealed to a third party. WebFM will on request archive or dispose of your personal information at completion of the contracted services
You may access your personal information using your access codes and make changes as you require. A valiad email address and related data is requried to ensure proper operation of the services.
WebFM does not require any Identifiers like Tax File Numbers, Medicare Numbers and the like
It is not practible to provide the option of anonymity to a user and to provide the WebFM services. If a you wish anonymity then you must decline to use the WebFM service.
Transfer of personal information outside Australia may occur where the services are accessed overseas using the internet for the purpose of completing the contracted works
WebFM does not require collection of sensitive information
If you have a complaint regarding your personal information please contact WebFM in the first instance. If you are still dissatisfied then refer the matter to the Privacy Commissioner.
